South Loop Loft is a luxury vintage furnishings brand specializing in one-of-a-kind European-sourced pieces. We are seeking a highly skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert to optimize our email marketing efforts, build sophisticated automated flows, and elevate our customer engagement. This part-time freelance role offers the opportunity to grow with us and continue on as a consultant.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic partner with a deep understanding of Klaviyo’s advanced features, who can refine our email marketing strategy, create visually stunning campaigns, and optimize performance for maximum engagement and conversion. A strong graphic design background is required to ensure our emails align seamlessly with our high-end brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize existing Klaviyo flows to enhance customer journeys.

  • Strategize, build, and implement sophisticated automated flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, and VIP customer journeys.

  • Design and execute visually compelling email campaigns that reflect our brand identity.

  • A/B test subject lines, content, and design to improve performance.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to increase open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align email efforts with our overall strategy.

  • Stay updated on email marketing trends and Klaviyo innovations to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Klaviyo, with a strong portfolio showcasing email flows and campaigns that drive results.

  • Solid graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.

  • Experience in luxury, interior design, or high-end retail email marketing preferred.

  • Ability to create compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our high-end clientele.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting email marketing data.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Understanding of email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices.

Compensation & Commitment

  • Part-time freelance role; with a large project of building out email flows, to start. 

  • Opportunity to continue as an ongoing consultant based on performance.

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
