Parchment Pedestal Coffee Table Attributed to Aldo Tura, Italy 1970s
A stunning coffee table attributed to Aldo Tura featuring a cognac lacquered parchment finish. It has a thick square tabletop with rounded edges and stands on a square pedestal base with an oversized banded detail. We love the natural patterns and subtle color variations in this beautiful parchment finish. Sourced in France, 1970s.
Aldo Tura (1909-1963) was an iconic Italian furniture designer known for his glamorous use of unusual materials such as parchment, egg shell and goatskin.
