A French Art Deco style wall sconce featuring an elegant oversized plaster shell shaped shade. The shade has channeled detailing, a scalloped edge and a decorative bottom finial. Incised ‘Elgé 7217’ stamp on interior of shade. Sourced in France, 1960s.

DIMENSIONS: 27"W x 12.25"D x 8.5"H
CONDITION: Great vintage condition. This sconce was professionally rewired for U.S. use with new sockets. Minor wear and areas of discoloration to the plaster are consistent with age and use. Accepts two standard base bulbs. Mounting hardware is included.
