A set of French “Malu” modular lounge chairs designed by Claudio Vagnoni and Emilio Guarnacci in the 1970s. These stately chairs feature black acrylic shells and retain their original gray upholstery with ruched detailing. They sit slightly above the ground on round, black acrylic feet. Original sticker ‘Industria Chimica Per L’Arredamento - Modello Malu” on shell. Sourced in France, 1970s.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. A piece of the acrylic underside of one of the chairs has a crack in it. It has been examined by our restorationists and does not impact the structural integrity or function of the chair. Reupholstery recommended; fabric shows signs of wear and discoloration. We have elected to sell it in its current state so the end user can select their fabric.
