A pair of Danish Modern black leather wingback armchairs designed by Stouby Polster Møbelfabrik in the 1970s. These Scandinavian Modern armchairs feature wingback frames with exaggerated ‘ears’, constructed of warm hued oak and patinated black leather upholstery. Squared-off arms and petite legs complete the sculptural silhouettes. Maker’s marks are present beneath the down-filled cushions along the frame. Denmark, 1970s.

CONDITION: The leather is in great condition with light wear at the armrests. One chair includes a small dent on the back. The wood feet have been cleaned and conditioned by our team of restorationists.
