A set of ‘Lauriana’ chairs designed by Afra + Tobia Scarpa for B&B Italia in 1978. These chairs retain their original patinated cognac leather upholstery with stitch detailing. They feature stately profiles with circular button details on the back, where the seat back and arms connect. This set is on castors for easy mobility. It’s rare to find a complete set of these chairs; we can picture them in a dining room or office space. Embossed ‘B&B Italia’ on leather base + retain ‘B&B Italia’ manufacturing label under cushion. Sourced in Italy, 1970s.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. Patina and minor wear to the original cognac leather including abrasions and slight discoloration concentrated on the bases; damage to the base trim on the corner of one chair can be seen in photographs.
