Amela Rasi is a visual artist based in Munich. As the daughter of migrants from former Yugoslavia, she grew up bilingual and has lived between Germany and Bosnia. This experience has had a particularly strong influence on the content of her work. Rasi’s paintings are inspired by human interactions and relationships, as well as her own experience searching for identity.
