‘No. 820’ Blue Murano Glass Wall Lamp by Venini for Pierre Cardin, 1970s
The ‘No. 820’ wall lamp was designed by Venini for Pierre Cardin in the 1970s. Its round, hand-blown Murano glass shade in a striking blue hue is offset by a mirrored base, creating captivating depth and an ethereal glow. With its generous 2-foot diameter, it commands attention as a statement piece.
This design has been displayed at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and featured in select exhibitions, including MiArt 2015 and On Madison’s Spring Collection.
