Tovaglia Coffee Table by Studio Tetrach for Alberto Bazzani, Italy 1969

$12,800.00

A rare Tovaglia coffee table designed by Studio Tetrach in 1969. This table was produced by Alberto Bazzani in Italy and imported into the USA by Stendig. It was constructed with gel coated fiberglass molded to emulate draped fabric, a nod to the name Tovaglia, which translates to tablecloth in English. It sits directly on the ground and has a marbled green interior. We love the dichotomy between the hard surface and soft folds on this striking Italian coffee table. This table belongs in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
