We ship nationwide. For Online Purchases, our competitive shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout. Please allow 4-5 weeks for White Glove Shipping and 2-3 weeks for UPS Shipping.

Local Deliveries
We've partnered with SCHLEP to offer discounted local delivery. At checkout, scan the QR code to schedule your delivery using a special discount code.
Local Pickups
If you're picking up a large item, we have two pickup windows available at our warehouse.
Please note, due to the high volume of orders, our small team cannot assist with heavy lifting. For large items (e.g., marble tables, credenzas), please bring help or consider hiring Schlep for extra heavy pieces.

Passenger Elevator:
If you are picking up a small or medium sized item that will easily fit into the small passenger elevator, you will use the front door and passenger elevator. You will park on Western Ave or in 1 Hour Guest Parking on 15th Street and enter through the building's Main Entrance, located at the corner of Western + 15th Street (look for the blue USPS box). From there you will come to the 4th floor either using the Stairs or the Passenger Elevator and then follow signs to our South Loop Loft Warehouse. Please do not illegally park, and do not park in front of any garage doors.
If you are picking up an item that will require use of the larger freight elevator, you will need to park in back and use the instructions below.
Loading Dock/Freight Elevator:
Turn onto 15th Place (one block south of 15th Street). Drive all the way back, you will go up a small hill and curve right. You will be in a gravel parking lot, where it dead ends to the loading dock on the right. Find parking nearby (dock bays may be full). DO NOT block the semi trucks in. This is an active loading dock. Follow Signs to Get Upstairs to our Warehouse Space.
Due to the large number of orders, our team cannot assist with loading extra heavy items. If you have selected Local Pickup for something that is heavy (Ex: marble tables, heavy glass tops, credenzas), please bring help with you and be prepared.
