Begin by submitting details about your furniture, objects, art, or decor through our online form. Provide key information, if possible, like origin, age, and documentation. Tell us about the condition of the piece and previous repairs (if any). Please include the city where the items are located. Please note we specialize in vintage items, 20+ years or older.
Review Process
Our experienced team carefully reviews each submission, considering the quality, condition, and market relevance of your items. We aim to respond promptly, providing insights into the consignment or purchase potential of your pieces. Our Review process can take up to 7 business days.
Collaborative Assessment
Upon acceptance, we collaborate with you to determine the optimal consignment strategy. Our team works closely to establish fair market values and consignment terms that align with your goals. You’ll receive a Consignment Agreement outlining the consignment terms.
Logistics
Depending on the piece, we will arrange the pickup and shipping of the item to South Loop Loft.
Marketing
Benefit from the extensive reach of our network as we market your items through our website, social media platforms, and established partnerships. Your pieces gain visibility among design enthusiasts, interior designers, and industry professionals. We will provide professional photography of the items. Our consignment program is designed to yield optimal results for our sellers.
