Italian Crema Marfil Marble + Iron Dining Table, 1960s
An Italian dining table from the 1960s, pairing an iron base with a newly fabricated Crema Marfil marble top.
The iron framework is defined by long, fluid lines, with curved legs and looping supports that give the table an unusually light presence. At the center, opposing iron curves meet in a double-loop motif, joined by a circular brass detail. Turned brass feet punctuate each leg, introducing warmth against the dark, naturally patinated iron.
A new 2cm Crema Marfil marble top has been honed to a soft matte finish and finished with a bull-nose edge. Its warm ivory and beige tones are traced with subtle natural veining, creating a surface that complements rather than competes with the movement of the base.
What makes the table particularly compelling is the balance between ornament and restraint. The ironwork is decorative without feeling heavy, allowing the base to remain visible beneath the broad marble plane. Brass details catch the light at the feet and center stretcher, while the honed stone gives the piece a softer, more contemporary finish.

Our White Glove service includes delivery inside the home (including one flight of stairs). Once the shippers are in your region, they will contact you beforehand to provide the delivery day and time window. Standard lead time is 3-5 weeks.
Ensure a clear path and be available to sign for the delivery. The team cannot move existing furniture. Rural deliveries may experience longer wait times due to limited routing. Alert us if there are additional stairs, COI requirements or other unique circumstances.

In-stock inventory ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Rates are calculated based on the full order value, size and region.
