Italian Geometric Marble Coffee Table, 1970s
A low Italian marble coffee table from the 1970s, sourced in Paris, with geometric inlay extending across its top and slab legs.
The white marble top is inlaid with fine bands of red and deep blue stone, arranged in an intricate geometric pattern that has been carefully composed across the entire table. The inlay does not stop at the edge of the surface. Several bands continue over the perimeter and descend onto the slab legs, creating a visual continuity between the horizontal and vertical planes.
From above, the pattern reads as a precise graphic composition; from the side, the lines carry the eye downward, making the structure feel integrated rather than assembled.
The four slab legs are positioned in an unusual configuration, connected to the top at different points rather than following a conventional corner placement. As a result, the table shifts from every angle—revealing different relationships between the marble, inlay, and negative space as it is viewed around the room.
Low, substantial, and highly graphic, it sits somewhere between furniture and sculpture.

Our White Glove service includes delivery inside the home (including one flight of stairs). Once the shippers are in your region, they will contact you beforehand to provide the delivery day and time window. Standard lead time is 3-5 weeks.
Ensure a clear path and be available to sign for the delivery. The team cannot move existing furniture. Rural deliveries may experience longer wait times due to limited routing. Alert us if there are additional stairs, COI requirements or other unique circumstances.

In-stock inventory ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Rates are calculated based on the full order value, size and region.
