Italian Wood + Glass Desk in the Manner of Paolo Buffa, 1950s
Composed of harmonious lines, this 1950s desk recalls the refined vocabulary of Italian architect and furniture designer Paolo Buffa. The rectangular frame in warm-toned wood tapers into subtle flared feet, supporting a thick glass top. A single glass shelf spans one side, dividing the open space and balancing lightness against solidity.
Both architectural and intimate, it sits easily in a study, library, or bedroom.
