Kidney Shaped Vanity with Back Painted Green Glass, Italy 1950s
A charming 1950s vanity or petite writing desk in the style of Italian architect and furniture designer Paolo Buffa. Crafted from solid wood in a rich finish, it stands gracefully on four tapered legs and features an elegantly curved, raised back and carved panel details. The kidney form surface is topped with back painted glass in a soft, green hue. This vanity has two front drawers accented with brass flower motif pulls. Italy, 1950s.
