Mid-Century French Circular Sofa in Velvet with Bullion Fringe
There’s something unexpected about the scale and shape of this French circular banquette sofa.
Measuring five feet in diameter, the fully upholstered form offers seating from every direction. A raised center pedestal gives the piece its distinctive silhouette while providing a natural place for a decorative object or display.
The sofa is upholstered in patterned blush velvet, finished with coordinating welt and a generous border of bullion fringe along the base. While we love the character of the existing velvet, the circular form lends itself particularly well to a designer-selected COM fabric.
This is the kind of piece that can completely transform a space. Its 360-degree design makes it well suited to a boutique, hotel lobby, or dressing room, offering generous conversation seating.
