A 1960s desk by French designer Xavier Marbeau. This desk was first designed in 1960 as part of an office submitted to the Boussois-Saint-Gobain compétition. This rare desk exemplifies modernist design with its sleek lines. It features a structure of smoked glass blades with formica, supported with steel-cladding. It includes two black-stained oak veneer drawers on either side for storage. France, 1960s.
