Oak Sideboard with Key by Henning Kjærnulf for EG Møbler, Denmark 1970s
A beautifully crafted 1970s oak sideboard attributed to Danish furniture designer Henning Kjærnulf for EG Møbler. The Scandinavian Modern, Baroque-inspired silhouette is constructed of warm, solid oak in a white-wash finish. Four geometric carved doors adorned with brass keyholes open to reveal interior shelving and four pull-out drawers lined with charming green felt. A stretcher base with four sculpted legs elegantly supports the piece. Includes one key. Unsigned. Denmark, 1970s.
