Spanish Terrazzo + Oak Round Coffee Table No. 01, 1970s
A 1970s Spanish coffee table defined by its richly figured terrazzo surface.
Fragments of stone in warm, muted tones are set into the top in an irregular mosaic, creating a material landscape that shifts across the generous 43-inch round surface. Each fragment contributes its own variation in color, scale, and texture, giving the table the character of a one-of-a-kind element rather than a conventional piece of furniture.
The stone construction carries visual weight, while the simple oak base brings warmth and balance. Three sturdy turned legs support the broad top, their natural grain and organic irregularities contrasting with the mineral surface above.
