Vintage Swiss Carrara Marble Executive Desk
A Swiss custom-made executive desk created for a private office in Geneva during the 1980s, designed with a monumentality that allows it to read as architecture as much as furniture.
Crafted entirely from Italian Carrara marble, the desk is composed of a substantial top resting upon two sculptural pedestal bases. The top is distinguished by softly curved, notched corners that temper the precision of its geometry, while three marble-clad drawers are seamlessly integrated into the composition, preserving the purity of the form. The polished finish reveals the stone's distinctive gray veining, allowing the natural character of the marble to become the defining ornament.
Likely commissioned by an interior designer for a private office within a Geneva bank and handcrafted in Italy, the desk reflects an era when bespoke furnishings were conceived as permanent elements of an interior. Every surface is considered, balancing the visual weight of solid marble with a silhouette that feels measured and refined.

White Glove Delivery
Our White Glove service includes delivery inside the home (including one flight of stairs). Once the shippers are in your region, they will contact you beforehand to provide the delivery day and time window. Standard lead time is 3-5 weeks.
Ensure a clear path and be available to sign for the delivery. The team cannot move existing furniture. Rural deliveries may experience longer wait times due to limited routing. Alert us if there are additional stairs, COI requirements or other unique circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
In-stock inventory ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Rates are calculated based on the full order value, size and region.
