Italian Murano Glass Galea Lamp by Adalberto Dal Lago for Vistosi, 1968 - 2 Available
Designed by Adalberto Dal Lago for Vistosi in 1968, the Galea lamp showcases the expressive possibilities of hand-blown Murano glass. Each lamp is formed from two nesting fazzoletto-inspired shades, their softly undulating edges finished with a refined green trim.
When illuminated, the layered glass diffuses the light into a radiant sunburst effect, revealing the depth, movement, and craftsmanship of the sculptural form. Originally conceived as a highly adaptable design, the Galea can be displayed as a table lamp, floor lamp, or flush mount fixture.
Original "Murano Made in Italy" labels remain affixed to each shade.
