Crafted in France during the 1930s, this French Art Deco lounge chair finds its character through proportion: a softly arched backrest, broad rounded arms, and richly figured burl wood that wraps the frame with warmth and movement.
Strong architectural lines are balanced by subtle curves, reflecting the refined geometry that shaped the Art Deco movement while maintaining an inviting, livable presence. The chair has been newly reupholstered in Holly Hunt's Eternal Mokum, a 100% linen fabric in the warm Sienna colorway. The rich, earthy tone complements the depth of the burl wood, while the natural texture of the linen adds softness and depth.
Nearly a century after it was made, the chair remains a compelling example of French Art Deco design, where proportion, material, and craftsmanship take precedence.

Our White Glove service includes delivery inside the home (including one flight of stairs). Once the shippers are in your region, they will contact you beforehand to provide the delivery day and time window. Standard lead time is 3-5 weeks.

In-stock inventory ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Rates are calculated based on the full order value, size and region.
