French Silver-Plated Ram Handle Champagne Bucket, 1960s
A French silver-plated champagne bucket from the 1960s, cast with sculptural ram’s head handles and set on a fluted, footed base. The wide, tapering vessel is accented with incised bands and X-form detailing near the rim, drawing on neoclassical motifs.
Stamped with hallmarks to the underside, the surface shows rich patina and tonal variation—evidence of celebration and time. Style it on a bar cart, console, or alfresco table, whether cradling a chilled magnum or standing empty as an objet.
