French Wrought Iron + Églomisé Mirror Side Table, 1940s - 2 Available
A French side table from the 1940s that brings together the delicacy of hand-forged ironwork with the brilliance of églomisé glass.
Its base is forged by hand in wrought iron, finished in a soft ivory paint with areas of partial gilding that have mellowed over time. The combination of painted and gilt surfaces lends the piece both warmth and depth, while the twisted central support and elegantly arched legs introduce a sense of movement without excess.
Leaf-form feet anchor the table with a subtle decorative flourish, reflecting the craftsmanship found in French metalwork of the period.
The original églomisé-style mirrored top is bordered by a reverse-painted scrolling motift that frames the reflective surface without overpowering it. The aged mirror catches light softly, creating a gentle luminosity that shifts throughout the day rather than a sharp, polished reflection.

Our White Glove service includes delivery inside the home (including one flight of stairs). Once the shippers are in your region, they will contact you beforehand to provide the delivery day and time window. Standard lead time is 3-5 weeks.
Ensure a clear path and be available to sign for the delivery. The team cannot move existing furniture. Rural deliveries may experience longer wait times due to limited routing. Alert us if there are additional stairs, COI requirements or other unique circumstances.

In-stock inventory ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Rates are calculated based on the full order value, size and region.
