Italian 3-Arm Black Metal Floor Lamp with Star Motifs in the Manner of Stilnovo, 1950s
A 1950s Italian three-arm floor lamp in blackened metal, produced in the distinctive spirit of Stilnovo. Each conical arm culminates in a torchiere-style shade of fluted opaline glass, delicately banded in polished brass. The textured black metal caps are perforated with a constellation of star-shaped motifs—a poetic nod to midcentury fascination with the cosmos.
The composition is both sculptural and refined: three slender stems rising from a circular base, held in elegant tension by a central brass collar. When illuminated, it casts a soft, diffused glow.
