French Art Deco Round Mirrored Top Coffee Table, 1930s

A French Art Deco coffee table from the 1930s, composed of patinated brass, ebonized metal, and a mirrored glass top. The circular surface is framed by a warm brass band whose softly aged patina contrasts with the cool, luminous tone of the glass.

Slender ebonized metal legs descend with a taper, terminating in small brass feet that provide both stability and visual lightness. The apron is punctuated by delicate rosette mounts, introducing a subtle neoclassical note.

These ornamental accents reflect design elements widely favored by prominent French houses such as Maison Jansen and Maison Baguès, where classical references were often reinterpreted through the vocabulary of Art Deco.
