Italian Dark Ochre Cocoon Pendant, 1960s
An Italian cocoon pendant from the 1960s, defined by its spherical form and softly ribbed surface. Suspended from a slender stem, the fixture is built around a metal frame enveloped in a sprayed resin shade, mimicking the look of goatskin parchment in a dark ochre hue.
When lit, the shade filters light evenly across its layered surface, creating a muted, atmospheric glow that emphasizes texture and volume.
